Notting Hill Housing is bringing forward regeneration proposals for Edmund Street, Camberwell in Southwark.
The Edmund Street site is part of the Southwark Council’s Elmington Regeneration Programme. Notting Hill Housing, a registered housing provider, has been selected to bring forward plans to develop a residential scheme on the site.
We have now received planning permission to begin development, which will start at the end of 2012, continuing in phases and completing in 2015.

The Elmington Estate is located in the heart of Camberwell, between Southampton Way and Camberwell Road, with Burgess Park to the north.
Southwark Council’s Cabinet approved, in outline, the continuing regeneration of the Elmington estate in 2009. This new strategy has three strands:
